"Dealing With Incidents Involving Pipelines" (June 2009) This unique, 30 page "action card" booklet in Adobe format is packed with operational response information that gives "first responders" clear, simple instructions to enhance rapid and proper decisions in natural gas emergencies. Prepared in response to some tragic accidents involving natural gas, the guidebook was a collaboration between the Belgian government and natural gas providers. This is an excellent resource book.
